Payments are processed by Visit Egypt on behalf of our licensed operators at the moment you book. You can pay with any major credit or debit card using our encrypted payment gateway.
How do vouchers work?
Your digital voucher contains the itinerary highlights, pickup information, and local contact numbers. Present it on your phone during hotel pickup or when meeting your guide—no printing required.
Where can I find my Activity booking?
Bookings are visible inside your Visit Egypt account dashboard. We also email a confirmation with links to manage dates, guest details, and add-on upgrades whenever you need.
How can I cancel my booking?

When will I receive the refund for cancelled bookings?
Refunds are typically returned within 5–7 business days once the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
