Cancelation Policy And Refunds

Refunds may be issued for cancellations made after 24 hours, depending on:

  • The nature of the trip or experience booked (e.g., hotels, flights, cruises)
  • The cancellation policies of our local providers
  • The notice period given before the trip's start date
  • All payments made through VisitEgypt.com are subject to payment processing fees charged by third-party providers (such as Stripe).
  • These fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, changes, or disputes.
  • Approved refunds will be issued minus any processing fees, transaction costs, and non-recoverable partner charges.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and refunds will be issued at the discretion of VisitEgypt.com and our partners.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services such as last-minute hotel bookings, domestic flights, or private tours may be non-refundable due to partner policies. These will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

How to Cancel

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
