- Fayoum Day Trip: Visit Wadi El Rayan, Wadi El Hitan, and Tunis Village with a traditional lakeside lunch. Then transfer to the airport for your evening departure or arrange an extra overnight in Cairo if needed.

Who and when do I pay?
Payments are processed by Visit Egypt on behalf of our licensed operators at the moment you book. You can pay with any major credit or debit card using our encrypted payment gateway.
How do vouchers work?
Your digital voucher contains the itinerary highlights, pickup information, and local contact numbers. Present it on your phone during hotel pickup or when meeting your guide—no printing required.
Where can I find my Activity booking?
Bookings are visible inside your Visit Egypt account dashboard. We also email a confirmation with links to manage dates, guest details, and add-on upgrades whenever you need.
How can I cancel my booking?
Contact your concierge through the dashboard or reply to your confirmation email. We will arrange the cancellation and process refunds according to the policy outlined above.
When will I receive the refund for cancelled bookings?
Refunds are typically returned within 5–7 business days once the cancellation is confirmed. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
